Jolanta Maziarz
maziarzJolanta Maziarz is a partner with the Summit law firm, Ventura, Miesowitz, Keough & Warner, P.C. and represents and advises local government bodies and boards in a variety of areas including municipal law, zoning and land use, property tax appeals, and affordable housing. She is the appointed Planning Board Attorney for the Boroughs of Rocky Hill and Hightstown and for the Townships of East Windsor and Long Hill. She is appointed Zoning Board of Adjustment Attorney for the Township of Long Hill. She also currently serves as affordable housing counsel to East Windsor Township. Ms. Maziarz has been appointed special counsel and special conflict counsel to serve various municipalities in matters involving litigation and land use board representation. She also assists in the firm’s representation of other planning and zoning boards located in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.

Ms. Maziarz has been appointed by the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Executive Board to serve as the Deputy Chairperson of the Land Use, Environment, and Community Development Legislative Subcommittee and has served in this capacity since 2012. She also serves as counsel to the Somerset County Governing Officials Association, a nonprofit organization that offers informational programs to elected and appointed officials. In addition to her work with and on behalf of local government, Ms. Maziarz, with her husband, is the owner of a successful real estate investment business and regularly represents clients in commercial and residential real estate matters.
