James W. Burns specializes in municipal land use law and general litigation. Mr. Burns is experienced in handling every facet relating to land use and development applications before local planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment. Mr. Burns currently serves as the Solicitor to the Township of Deptford Planning Board and Deptford Township Zoning Board, Cherry Hill Township Planning Board and City of Camden Planning Board. Mr. Burns has served as Solicitor for the Borough of Glassboro Zoning Board and Borough of Somerdale Planning and Zoning Boards. Mr. Burns is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association.
