Eileen Fahey has been practicing municipal, land use and real estate law for 30 years representing both public entities and private clients. She has served as counsel for a number of Burlington County municipalities and has represented the City of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Housing Authority. Ms. Fahey currently represents the Township of Maple Shade and Bordentown Township. Additionally, she has been appointed special counsel for numerous public agencies in Burlington County in education, tax and land use matters. Ms. Fahey is a graduate of Syracuse University and Rutgers Law School. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia and in the federal courts.
