Vincent L. Lamanna Jr. served as Treasurer of NJILGA and is now a Senior Trustee of NJILGA. Mr. Larnanna Jr. is Of Counsel with the firm of Hankin. Sandman, Palladino. Weintrob & Bell with offices in Atlantic and Cape May Counties and New York City. His practice is primarily out of the Avalon office with emphasis on local government land use and real estate law. He Is a graduate of Villanova University and Rutgers Law School (Newark). Mr. Lamanna has served as County Counsel for the County of Cape May. Solicitor for the Borough of Avalon. Lower Township Municipal Utilities Authonty. Avalon Utilities Authority. Sea Isle City Zoning and Planning Boards and Wildwood Joint Planning and Zoning Board. He has served as Special Counsel to the Cape May County Health Department. Cape May County Planning Board, the City of Longport and to the Borough of Cape May Point He has served as Municipal Judge for the Boroughs of Stone Harbor. Avalon, Woodbine, the City of Sea Isle City and the Township of Lower. He is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Member and former Trustee of the Cape May County Bar Association. He holds a Diptomate in Municipal Law from the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and has previously served as an instructor in that program.
