Michael J. Pasquale

Michael J. Pasquale has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1986. He was an Associate in the offices of Robert J. Passero and Walter R. Dewey before opening his own office in Hawthorne in 1992. He has served as Municipal Attorney in the Borough of Hawthorne since 1999 and Planning Board Attorney in the Borough of North Haledon since 1993. He previously served as Planning Board Attorney in Hawthorne from 1992 to 1999, Acting Borough Attorney in North Haledon and Counsel to the Little Falls Ethics Committee. Mr. Pasquale is the Treasurer of the Passaic County Bar Association, a Trustee of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys, and is current Secretary and Past Chairperson of the District XI Attorney Ethics Committee for Passaic County. He is a past Trustee of the St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital Foundation Board, past Chairperson of the Passaic County Bar Association Municipal Attorneys Section, past President of the Hawthorne Lions Club and Hawthorne High School Cooperative Education Program Advisory Committee, Parish Counsel to St. Anthony’s R.C. Church, Chairperson of the Hawthorne Boro Bandshell Committee, Chapter Counsel for the North Jersey Football Officials Association, and General Counsel to the Standardbred Retirement Foundation. Mr. Pasquale is a graduate of Colgate University and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He lives with his wife, Helen, and three children in Hawthorne.
