He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Louisville School of Law and has practiced law in New Jersey for the past thirty-three years. He is the former in-house counsel for the Township of Dover (now Toms River Township) and is now of counsel to the Corrigan Law Firm, located in Keyport, NJ. He also served as a member of the Berkeley Township Counsel from 1983-1987 and as council president from 1983-1985. Prior to that he was a Berkeley Township Committeeman from 1982 until the change of government in 1983.
