Joseph M. Wenzel has dedicated his practice to the field of local government law including areas such as labor/employment, land use, and general litigation defense. He currently serves as Attorney to the Borough of Woodland Park Planning Board and Public Defender in the West Orange Municipal Court. He is also engaged as special counsel (labor/employment and general litigation) to City of Orange Township, Housing Authority of the City of Passaic, City of Paterson, Borough of Haledon, County of Passaic, County of Somerset and Housing Authority of the City of Hoboken. Mr. Wenzel is an approved hearing officer for the County of Essex.
