Vincent L. Lamana Jr
Vincent L. Lamanna Jr. served as Treasurer of NJILGA and is now a Senior Trustee ofNJILGA. Mr. Lamanna Jr. is Of Counsel with the firm of Nehmad, Perillo and Davis with offices in both Atlantic and Cape May Counties. His practice is primarily out of the Avalon office with emphasis on local government, land use and real estate law. He is a graduate of Villanova University and Rutgers Law School (Newark). Mr. Lamanna has served as County Counsel for the County of Cape May, Solicitor for the Borough of Avalon, Lower Township Municipal Utilities Authority, Avalon Utilities Authority, Sea Isle City Zoning and Planning Boards and Wildwood Joint Planning and Zoning Board. He has served as Special Counsel to the Cape May County Health Department, Cape May County Planning Board, the City of Longport and to the Borough of Cape May Point. He has served as Municipal Judge for the Boroughs of Stone Harbor, Avalon, Woodbine, the City of Sea Isle City and the Township of Lower. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association and Member and former Trustee of the Cape May County Bar Association. He holds a Diplomate in Municipal Law from the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and has previously served as an instructor or in that program.
